Did you know it ? A RSS feed is available on every KAYWA blog to follow easily the conversations in your aggregator.

The feed URL is : {blog url}/comments.rss

For instance for mobile.kaywa.com the feed is located at: http://mobile.kaywa.com/comments.rss

With the MetaWeblog API you can publish on your KAYWA weblog from various tools. For instance installing w.bloggar on your desktop will let you publish on your blog without having to connect on your admin interface. Same idea behind Kablog but you install it on your mobile. Below are some screenshots to help you to set up those two blogware. The settings remind the same if you use another blogware but do not hesitate to drop a comment if you need some help.

Also do not forget that on KAYWA you can easily publish on your blog by email and by MMS

Three ways of uploading images
There are three ways how to show pictures in a post:

1. Edit Post: Upload the picture via the "Image" Button into the content field. You have to take care concerning the width of the image. In most design themes the width is 480 pixel. If you have a bigger picture, it will overlap.
2. Moblogging aka publishing your image via MMS or email. A big picture will automatically be resized.
3. Galleries: Upload a picture with the image upload and link to it.

Resizing a big picture
You have uploaded a picture, but now you discover it is to big and does overlap. What can you do?

Solution: You insert the image size between the date "2005/2/" and the image name "mob5_1108043068.jpg".

We show this by example:

SITUATION
So now you have a KAYWA weblog and you use it more and more with your
mobile. Sometimes, you also write down an address with a telephone
number.

PROBLEM
When you access your weblog via mobile phone or PDA you would like to call
directly the phone number in your post without writing it down first and
then call in a second step.

SOLUTION
Use a Tel.-Link which looks like this:
043 818 29 40
respectively like 043 818 29 40

HOW TO DO IT

• You have the swiss phone number 043 818 29 40, which is in international
  writing style: +41438182940
• Go to your web admin
• Click on link (as you would for a normal link).
• Write under URL wtai://wp/mc;+41438182940
• Write under Link text 043 818 29 40

Now you can click on the phone number on your mobile weblog page and make a
direct call.

FILE UNDER CONTACTS

• Write under URL wtai://wp/ap; ++41438182940;KAYWA AG
• Write under Link text 043 818 29 40

Result: Put in contacts
You will be asked if you want to insert it under contacts.
